Application Checklist

Before you begin, please ensure you have the following documents ready:

• Completed Enrolment Application Form (download below)
• Copy of Birth Certificate or Passport
• Proof of Address (e.g., utility bill, tenancy agreement)
• Immunisation Certificate
• Previous School Reports (for Year 1 and above)
• Custody Orders (if applicable)
• Visa/Permit (for international students)

Once completed, please submit your application and supporting documents via email to enrolment@johnsonroadschool.nz or in person at the school office.

What Happens Next?

1. We will review your application for completeness.
2. If you are an out-of-zone applicant, your child will be entered into the next available ballot.
3. You will be notified of the outcome of your application via email.
4. Successful applicants will receive an offer of place and further enrolment instructions.
